As our Operations Director, Stella has a number of roles with an operational focus within Little Bean Journey – from overseeing our operational processes and compliance, to product development.

Throughout her career in the life sciences, medical device and telecommunications sectors, Stella has worked for a number of technology consulting companies, including Sagentia (now Science Group), Pope Woodhead & Associates and Team Consulting. She has also served as Chair of the board of directors of Team Consulting’s Employee Ownership Trust and was an honorary lecturer at The Institute of Biotechnology, University of Cambridge.

With over 20 years’ experience in the development, delivery and management of complex technical projects, Stella is focused on successful delivery.

Outside of Little Bean Journey, Stella enjoys art and growing fruit and vegetables.
