PCOS Programme Payment Terms & Conditions

We ask that payment is made before you begin your initial 1-to-1 consultations. Payment methods include: bank transfer, debit card, credit card or by phone. If you encounter any issues when making your payment online, please contact us at support@littlebeanjourney.com or pcos@littlebeanjourney.com.

If you do not wish to proceed with this programme, you can cancel within 7 working days after making your payment and request a full refund. Refund requests must be made prior to any initial consultations in order for a full refund to be issued.
If you feel that this is not the right programme for you after the first 1-to-1 consultation, we will deduct the cost of the initial consultations you have received and refund the remaining payment on account. For example, if you have received 2 initial consultations, then we will deduct £500 (£250 per consultation) from your account and refund the remaining amount.
If you decide not to proceed after receiving the tailored treatment plan, you can request a 50% refund.

You can switch to a different PCOS programme, provided by Little Bean Journey, within 30 days of your initial purchase. To explore changing to a different course, please speak to our support team at pcos@littlebeanjourney.com.

Unfortunately, once you have started our online courses, you are not eligible for a refund.
