Dr Mara Kotrotsou

Consultant in Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine

  • 20+ years’ experience 
  • Specialist expertise in management of all reproductive health conditions including: PCOS, premature ovarian failure, irregular menstrual cycles and conditions associated with advanced reproductive age. 

Dr Mara Kotrotsou is a Consultant in Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine with over 20 years’ experience in both public and private healthcare systems in the UK and abroad. 

Dr Kotrotsou completed her training in General Obstetrics and Gynaecology and obtained qualifications in specialised fields, such as Obstetric Ultrasound, Family Planning and Colposcopy. She has specialised and worked in the field of Reproductive Medicine since 2010. She has held senior positions at some of the largest and most reputable IVF centres in the UK. She has experience in the management of all reproductive health conditions including PCOS, premature ovarian failure, irregular menstrual cycles and conditions associated with advanced reproductive age. 

She is highly experienced in all IVF treatment regimens, including mild and natural stimulation protocols and management of cases with recurrent treatment failures. In addition, Dr Kotrotsou possesses advanced skills in other assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures, enabling her to offer an individualised treatment approach to her patients.

Dr Kotrotsou has personal experience with IVF and has a strong professional commitment to providing high-quality patient care. She offers an approach that is personal, individualised and transparent, enabling patients to make informed decisions about their treatment in a stress-free manner.

Registered Nutritional Therapist, Certified NLP Practitioner and Certified Health Coach

Alex Allan is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Certified NLP Practitioner and Certified Health Coach. She creates personalised diet and lifestyle programs to help people reclaim their lives from persistent health issues and achieve their well-being goals. She has a special interest in gut and hormone health, particularly PCOS and IBS.

 Alex believes that nutrition is the cornerstone to health improvements in all areas, including fertility. She combines the most up-to-date nutrition research with health coaching, giving her clients a complete solution and the tools to put their plan into action.

Having spent over 20 years in the corporate world, Alex is no stranger to such an environment. Her goal is to educate, motivate and support all of her clients – with no judgment – to make the nutrition and lifestyle changes that are best for them.
